Rescue Line Robot using LEGO NXT Mindstorms

The project’s main goal was to follow black lines, avoid obstacles, and finally reach an evacuation zone to evacuate victims and place them in a safe area. The competition saw participation from teams from across the country, and the winners of both the Zonal and the National round had the chance of representing India at the International RoboCup Junior to be held in Germany in 2016. The robot was designed and programmed by the team for this particular task.

Advanced Rescue Robot using LEGO EV3

This advanced rescue robot was designed to compete in the Nationals of Indian RoboCup Junior held in 2018 in Bangalore. The robot had to follow black lines, avoid obstacles, and finally evacuate victims and place them in a safe area. The rescue mechanism of the robot was designed and programmed in such a way as to rescue maximum victims in the least possible time with utmost accuracy and precision.
